The National Digital Medical Archive (NDMA) offers a pretty amazing service, in that it allows patients access to their medical records and imagery (ie. X-Rays) online.

What NDMA needed was a warm and inviting interface that was sensitive to the varied usability needs of their audience. After UX work was completed, countless design prototypes were created quickly.This method allowed me to get a wider range of rough ideas in front of the client at an early stage.

The resulting back and forth with the client greatly improved the strength of the creative, but more importantly, it evolved their vision of what the site could be.
